Food database
Search, filter, and edit values. The table loads only the visible page, even when many nutrient columns are available.
Database changes are saved locally in this browser automatically. Values refer to 100 g / 100 ml or 1 piece / 1 drop. An empty cell is treated as 0.
PFAS-4 values are low estimates based on food groups and fish species, not measurements of individual products. Water, eggs, fish and offal can differ substantially.
On a phone, the table shows the most important values. Tap i to view every nutrient for a food.

PFAS-4: The sum of PFOS, PFOA, PFNA and PFHxS uses a generous planning limit of five times the EFSA tolerable weekly intake of 4.4 ng/kg body weight, converted to a daily amount. This is not a health-safe threshold. Food values are estimates and can underestimate actual exposure.
